Back to Main
That's probably a good sign I really love toys , and love creating them.
I also play a lot of games. Which might be why I love the challenge of getting inside a problem and finding an interesting solution.
I've created entire product lines from the bare-bones, "blue sky" concept stage to final design. I've worked on POP and in-store marketing initiatives, brand identity and logos, dielines, technical illustration, vector art and illustrations galore.
I regularly work with major and small business clients in the toy categories of Activity, Arts & Crafts, Baby, Bath, Electronics, Learning and Roleplay as well as non-toy industries of Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty and Home & Garden.
I'm happy to discuss any project to see if we're right together - go over to my "Contact" page and give me a shout!

What I Believe
What I Do -
I 've been designing toys for such companies as Hasbro, Disney, Crayola, Mattel, Jakks Pacific, Toys 'R' Us and more for a decade.
I'm also currently expanding my illustration work in the fantasy, gaming, Sci-Fi and Children's publishing.
Clients include Evil Hat Productions, Penny Dreadful Productions, Savage Mojo, author Catherynne M. Valente, Author Chuck Wendig and more.
I paint primarily in watercolors and
inks, using Arches papers, aqua pencils
and anything else scrounged up
around the studio.
I'm always looking for new
opportunities - contact me if you've
got something in mind.

- What I Believe
What I Do
I believe that the art of pencil and paper isn't dead. I love being a painter, but artists need to evolve to live; to appreciate the Wacom as well as the anatomy class; to keeping trying to be the best we can be.
I believe that every adult can be transformed by art and become, if only for a minute or two, that child that still believes in magic, monsters, Fairies and Santa Claus.
I believe its possible for children to enjoy the old classics like Baum's Oz tales when re-illustrated for modern young minds. Drawing inspiration from old masters like Rackham, Dulac, Tenniel and Parrish and and modern geniuses like Lane Smith, James Jean and Dave McKean,
I intend to make it so.
